Is the free plan really free?
Yes — £0/month within the free-plan limits. When you sell via Stripe we charge 2.5% on membership card payments and 30p per ticket (nothing on £0 orders). Cash, bank, and manual payments recorded in the dashboard are always fee-free.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your existing data is preserved. Existing members keep their accounts, existing custom domains keep resolving, existing shows stay in your archive. Only new additions are blocked once you're past the new plan's limits.
Do I pay separately for Stripe?
Yes. Stripe charges its own processing fees (currently 1.5% + 20p for UK cards) on every transaction, on every plan. Those go to Stripe; our take-rate is separate and on top.
Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Annual or monthly is up to you; we don't lock in contracts.
Can we pass booking fees to ticket buyers?
Yes — in checkout settings you can absorb platform and card costs in your ticket price, or add a booking fee so buyers see an all-in price up front. Card processing in pass-through mode uses an approximate UK rate; actual Stripe fees may vary slightly.
